SHIVANI BAJAJ
Lead Yoga Instructor
Shivani has over 7 years of experience in the yoga and fitness industry. She started Heal with Shivani to reach out and help young women achieve their fitness and yoga goals through healing with movement. She believes that yoga coupled with functional fitness is the gateway to a healthy mind, body, and soul. In her personal practice she has witnessed liberation and peace through yoga. Her qualifications and experiences equip her to integrate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness into every workout session. She is known for her commitment, gentle yet challenging approach, and designing each workout session with diligence and forethought. Shivani's expertise lies in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows, prenatal and post-natal yoga, and functional fitness.

Shivani enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and of course, going to the gym!

DEEPA BAJAJ
Yoga Instructor
Deepa has 20+ years of experience in education, particularly in early childhood development. Her recent transition to yoga was inspired by her experiences in her work and personal life. Her expertise is yoga for children, yoga for teachers, and women nearing menopause. She believes that yoga and meditation are unique to each individual. Deepa believes that personal growth requires a holistic approach that integrates physical, psychological, and spiritual development. She is known for her empathy, commitment to her responsibilities, and ability to bring creativity into her yoga flows.

In her free time, Deepa reads, listens to music, and writes. She looks for the small joys in life which help her stay in and appreciate the present moments! Currently, Deepa is working on a cookbook for healthy wholesome meals.

SHRUTI GOYAL
Yoga Instructor
Shruti has over 5 years of experience in yoga and functional training. She believes yoga is therapeutic. In her view, yoga is a slow process that helps us tune in with our body and energy. A process through which our body heals at its own pace and bridges the connection between our body and mind. Shruti is convinced of the many benefits of working out which include relieving stress and anxiety. When we make time to work out or exercise, we create a safe space to love our body and control of our mind.
Shruti loves to read, travel, learn a new skill and workout.

TANVI RAO
Yoga Instructor
Tanvi is a certified yoga teacher (900hrs, AYUSH level, RYT 500). She is passionate about helping people boost their self-confidence and believes yoga can unlock their limitless potential. Tanvi aspires to support people live happier and healthier lives.

Tanvi loves exploring new things and learning from experiences. She is also an entrepreneur and is currently the director at D3 enterprises Ltd.
